 If the information provided by you are correct then the access PIN will be sent  to your email ID.

Q: Things I need to know about customer service. Who should I contact?

A: Many customers got confused a lot by the customer service on prepaid phone cards. If you order phone cards from devicomm.com, please read the following guidelines.

Devicomm is a retail company specialized on prepaid phone cards. However, we don't produce phone cards, nor do we have any control over the physical system. The customer service for prepaid phone cards is usually provided by the phone card issuing company.

If your question is order related or PIN related, such as:
 Order didn't go through
 Didn't receive the PIN number
 PIN number is invalid

Please contact us to get it resolved.

If your question is phone card quality related, such as:
 Bad voice quality
 Bad connection
 Missing minutes

Please contact the phone card issuing company directly to get it resolved. You can find their customer service number from our website (in webpage for each phone card) or the calling instruction email we sent to you.

Some phone card issuing companies provide pretty good customer service, while some others are not that satisfactory. You can always contact us if your issue can't be resolved in a timely fashion with the phone card issuing company. Please keep in mind that we don't know what happened to your phone card. So please provide as much information as possible to us when you submit such a request. We will try our best to get it resolved for you and may cover your loss by our own expense if necessary.

Q: I forgot my password and can't login. What can I do?
A: Click on 'Login for Members' in the home page of devicomm.com. Then click on 'Forgot Password' link in that page. You will then be prompted to enter your first name and email ID. If your name and email ID matches with our records, immediately your password will be emailed to you.

Q: I want to use a new email, what shall I do (for members)?
A: If you would like to use a new email address then what you have to do is to login into your account and then click on 'Change profile' link. There you can change the new email address and submit your request. As soon as your request reaches us we will contact you through phone in order to confirm the change of your email address. Only after confirmation is got from you, the email address will be updated.

Q: How will I know if I’ve used up the value of the prepaid calling card?
A: At the beginning of each call a message will indicate how many minutes are left on your card. A warning tone will sound during your phone call when you have one minute remaining.

Q: Where can I find info on Maintenance Fee, Connection Fee etc?

A: Info on fees and charges is available in the "Card Details" page of every prepaid card on our website. You can access this page by clicking on 'BUY' link, either in 'Browse all Cards' page or under Top selling cards in the home page, corresponding to the prepaid card you wish to purchase .

Q: I misplaced the phone card pins that I purchased from this website. How do I retrieve the pins?

A: Click 'Login for Members' on the navigation bar, enter your Email ID and Password, and press "Login". Upon login into your account you will be able to see a link called 'view pins'. There you will be able to view your purchase history from where you can get the misplaced phone card pins.

Q: What is 3-minute increment/rounding ?

A: 3-minute increment/rounding calls are billed as under:
1 minute call duration will be billed for 3 minutes
2 minutes call duration will be billed for 3 minutes
3 minutes call duration will be billed for 3 minutes
9 minutes call duration will be billed for 9 minutes
10 minutes call duration will be billed for 12 minutes
15 minutes call duration will be billed for 15 minutes
30 minutes call duration will be billed for 30 minutes

Q: When will I get the prepaid phone card pins? Can I use them right away?

A: Immediately after you purchase the card on the website , if your credit card is charged successfully, the pin numbers will be sent to your email ID. If you want to view those pin #'s on the website, you can login into your account and click on 'view pins' link to view the purchased pins.
