Your first order has to be approved by devicomm.com administrator. You will be contacted shortly after the order was placed to verify validity of information. Once your membership is approved, you will receive email with all the details. After that you can buy calling cards online. You will receive PIN #'s through email only.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Once the PIN # was delivered to the customer, the sale is final. The PIN cannot be returned. If you have a problem with the connection or the charges, call the customer service # which has been sent by us.

IF YOU LOST PIN #
logon to devicomm.com with your Email ID & password you can see your account transactions. Devicomm.com doesn't have control over the connection & the rates of the  phone cards we sell. We do the best we can to find the cards with the best rates for the countries our customer use most. We only resell cards.

POLICY
With your purchase, you agree to the following terms: Buyers will receive PIN #'s, Dialing instructions, & Customer support contact for each PIN # purchased. This information will be e-mailed to you.

Prepaid PIN #s are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the  customer  service # (given with dialing instructions)  should any other problems arise. It is our interest to bring only established, good quality services to the marketplace, at good prices normally not found elsewhere.

If you experience a problem with a call or PIN #, please report it to the appropriate customer service department of a solutions, as it is their product we are selling.
